She advises leaders and individuals in translating their business vision to a strategic talent plan in order to achieve workforce requirements.

Sherry has a corporate, division human resources background along with consulting services management. She also has extensive experience in the healthcare and related services arena, holding key Human Resource leadership positions in a global healthcare organization and has had P&L responsibility for a nationally recognized multi-site career services firm. Sherry is founder and facilitator of a senior leadership group called HRoundtable©, a regional HR leadership forum focused on HR thought leadership and sharing of best practices. She speaks frequently on the topic of Talent Acquisition & Talent Strategy.
