SBCo has been delivering extraordinary results to client organizations for more than a decade. Here’s a brief version of the SBCo story, including some significant milestones of our history.
- 1997: SBCo Launches. Company founded by Sherry Benjamins as a talent strategy consulting services firm.
- 1997 – 2001: Strategic Recruitment Consulting. Sherry and her team of three helped companies develop sound strategies for attracting, selecting and retaining top talent. This includes assessing systems, process and tools for the recruiting function.
- 2001: Search and Recruitment Services Launched. We were asked to help an international medical device client hire 80 plus professionals within a 120-day period. This was the project that launched SBCo into Recruiting.
- 2001 – Today: Offering specialized services addressing talent needs.This includes workforce planning to assessing and building process and executing middle to senior level searches in a highly creative and flexible manner.
Industries include healthcare, entertainment, financial services, technology and sales organizations.
Over the years, we’ve developed and refined a very unique, client-focused retained search model. This project-based, accelerated approach includes weekly performance goals and offers clients invaluable information on market findings, and focused candidate pipelines.
